As a Certified Professional Inspector and active member of InterNACHI, I am dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of practice and professional ethics, as well as being dedicated to continually increasing my inspection knowledge through continued education. Becoming a Certified Professional Inspector requires an inspector to complete college accredited courses and pass an exam above and beyond what is required for state licensure. Each year I invest hundreds of hours to continued education, well exceeding the required hours for CPI and state license requirements. I voluntarily do this for several reasons:
