How long does a home inspection take?

The typical home inspection takes approximately 3 hours. This can vary depending on size of the house, additional services requested, and condition of the house.

When will I receive my inspection report?

We work hard in order to provide your report the same day. If the condition of the house requires more reporting, it may be available the next day.

Can buyers attend the inspection?

If buyer’s prefer to attend their inspection they are welcome, but we prefer to have the buyer come at the end of the inspection for a review.

Do you inspect older homes?

Yes, we inspect homes no matter the age. From historical homes to new construction we are happy to provide your inspection.

What does a home inspection include?

A home inspection is a visual, non invasive evaluation of all the major components and systems of the house. From the roof to ground, and from the attic to the foundation.
